I. Return & Refund Policy

Raw Reset Bars is committed to providing high-quality products. Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Strict Condition Policy: Please note that regardless of whether your return is initiated within the 30-day window, if the item is returned to us used, damaged, or not in its original and pristine condition, we will not issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of items are exempt from being returned:

  • Soap of the Month: Because our "Soap of the Month" is an exclusive, limited-edition item crafted specifically for that month, all sales for this product are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for these exclusive items.
  • Sale or discounted items (only regular-priced items may be refunded).
  • Gift cards.
  • Certain health and personal care items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@resetbars.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the exact same product, please send us an email at info@resetbars.com and mail your item to the address listed in the Shipping section below.

Shipping Your Return

To return your product, you should mail it to: Raw Reset Bars 305-250 Merton St Toronto, ON Canada M4S 1B1

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


II. Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders require a minimum processing time of 3 business days before they are shipped.

  • High Volume Periods: Please note that processing times may take longer than usual during holidays, peak seasons, or major promotional sales due to high order volume.
  • Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. The shipping speed you select at checkout begins after the 3-day processing window.

Shipping Carriers

Our default and standard shipping carrier is Canada Post.

Alternative Couriers (Available Upon Request): Third-party courier services such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS are available only upon request. If you require one of these specific carriers, please contact us at info@resetbars.com prior to placing your order. Please be aware that requesting a third-party courier may result in additional shipping fees.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

Raw Reset Bars is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs, taxes, and duties) are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Lost Packages

The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package. We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim.


III. Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

1. One-Time Order Cancellations

We offer a strict 24-hour cancellation window for standard one-time purchases.

  • How to Cancel: You must email us at info@resetbars.com within 24 hours of placing your order with the subject line "URGENT: ORDER CANCELLATION" and include your order number.
  • After 24 Hours / Processed Orders: If 24 hours have passed, or if your order has already been processed and handed over to our shipping department, we can no longer cancel the order.

2. Subscription & Recurring Purchase Options

If you are enrolled in a recurring purchase option, you may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time. However, to avoid being charged for your next upcoming shipment, you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date.

*Late Cancellations: If you cancel your subscription after your billing date has passed and the payment has been processed, your cancellation will apply to the following billing cycle.

3. "Soap of the Month" Subscription Exclusivity

Our "Soap of the Month" is a limited-edition, exclusive product. If you are subscribed to receive the Soap of the Month, you may cancel future renewals according to the 48-hour rule mentioned above. However, once a "Soap of the Month" order has been billed and processed, it is strictly non-refundable and cannot be canceled.


IV. Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from our Site.

Personal Information We Collect

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect "Device Information" about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and cookies. As you browse, we collect information about the web pages or products you view and how you interact with the Site using cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, and pixels.

When you make a purchase, we collect "Order Information" including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use Order Information to fulfill orders (processing payment, arranging shipping, providing invoices). We also use it to communicate with you, screen for potential risk or fraud, and provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services. We use Device Information to help us screen for potential risk and fraud, and to improve and optimize our Site.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use it. We use Shopify to power our online store and Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site. We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights.

Your Rights & Data Retention

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and ask that it be corrected, updated, or deleted. When you place an order, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
