I. Return & Exchange Policy

All Sales Final

At Raw Reset Bars, we are committed to providing the highest quality handmade cold-press soap bars. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and strict hygiene, health, and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

To ensure the safety of all our customers, we cannot restock or resell items once they have left our facility. Therefore, all sales are final, and we will not issue refunds or accept exchanges under any circumstances, especially since we cannot verify if a product has been opened, handled, or used.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

While we do not accept returns or exchanges, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect, please follow these steps so we can make it right:

  • Email us at info@resetbars.com within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
  • Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item(s).
  • Our team will review your claim and, if approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit.

Note: Any approved refunds for missing or severely damaged items not replaced will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Processing times for these exceptional refunds depend on your bank or credit card company.

II. Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

  • All orders require a minimum processing time of 3-5 business days before they are shipped.
  • High Volume Periods: Please note that processing times may take longer than usual during holidays, peak seasons, or major promotional sales due to high order volume.
  • Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. The shipping speed you select at checkout begins after the 3-day processing window.

Shipping Carriers

Our default and standard shipping carrier is Canada Post.

  • Alternative Couriers (Available Upon Request): Third-party courier services such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS are available only upon request. If you require one of these specific carriers, please contact us at info@resetbars.com prior to placing your order. Please be aware that requesting a third-party courier may result in additional shipping fees.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

Raw Reset Bars is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs, taxes, and duties) are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Lost Packages

The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package. We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim, and notify us at info@resetbars.com.

III. Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

1. One-Time Order Cancellations

We allow cancellations for standard one-time purchases as long as the order has not yet been shipped or processed by our fulfillment team.

  • How to Cancel: You must email us at info@resetbars.com or use our contact page as soon as possible and include your order number.

  • Processed & Shipped Orders: If your order has already been processed, packed, or handed over to our shipping carrier, we can no longer cancel the order. Because all sales are final, we cannot accept a return or issue a refund once an order has shipped.

2. Subscription & Recurring Purchase Options

If you are enrolled in a recurring purchase option, you may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time. However, to avoid being charged for your next upcoming shipment, you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date.

  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel your subscription after your billing date has passed and the payment has been processed, your cancellation will apply to the following billing cycle.

3. "Soap of the Month" Subscription Exclusivity

Our "Soap of the Month" is a limited-edition, exclusive product. If you are subscribed to receive the Soap of the Month, you may cancel future renewals according to the 48-hour rule mentioned above. However, once a "Soap of the Month" order has been billed and processed, it is strictly final sale.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from our Site.

Personal Information We Collect

  • When you visit the Site, we automatically collect "Device Information" about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and cookies. As you browse, we collect information about the web pages or products you view and how you interact with the Site using cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, and pixels.

  • When you make a purchase, we collect "Order Information" including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use Order Information to fulfill orders (processing payment, arranging shipping, providing invoices). We also use it to communicate with you, screen for potential risk or fraud, and provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services. We use Device Information to help us screen for potential risk and fraud, and to improve and optimize our Site.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use it. We use Shopify to power our online store and Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site. We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights.

Your Rights & Data Retention

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and ask that it be corrected, updated, or deleted. When you place an order, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are strictly final sale, subject only to replacement for damages in transit according to our Return & Exchange Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We do not warrant that the quality of any products or services will meet your expectations.

6. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
