Cancellation policy
Raw Reset Bars (by Raw Maraby) strives to process and ship your orders as efficiently as possible. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling one-time purchases, as well as recurring subscriptions and auto-ship purchase options.
1. One-Time Order Cancellations
Because we begin preparing your order for shipment shortly after it is placed, we offer a strict 24-hour cancellation window for standard one-time purchases.

How to Cancel: You must email us at info@resetbars.com within 24 hours of placing your order with the subject line "URGENT: ORDER CANCELLATION" and include your order number.

After 24 Hours / Processed Orders: If 24 hours have passed, or if your order has already been processed and handed over to our shipping department, we can no longer cancel the order. You will need to wait until the item is delivered and follow our standard Return & Refund Policy (keeping in mind our strict condition requirements).
2. Subscription & Recurring Purchase Options
If you are enrolled in a recurring purchase option (such as a monthly supply of Active Bars or a subscription box), you have complete control over your subscription.

Cancellation Cut-Off Time: You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time. However, to avoid being charged for your next upcoming shipment, you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date. * Late Cancellations: If you cancel your subscription after your billing date has passed and the payment has been processed, your cancellation will apply to the following billing cycle. The already-processed order cannot be canceled and will be shipped to you as scheduled.
3. "Soap of the Month" Subscription Exclusivity
Our "Soap of the Month" is a limited-edition, exclusive product.

If you are subscribed to receive the Soap of the Month, you may cancel future renewals according to the 48-hour rule mentioned above.

However, once a "Soap of the Month" order has been billed and processed, it is strictly non-refundable and cannot be canceled. Because these are crafted specifically for that month's subscribers, all processed sales for this item are final.
4. How to Manage or Cancel Your Subscription
You can manage your purchase options through the following methods:

Customer Portal: Log into your account on our website to easily pause, skip, or cancel your recurring orders.

Email Support: Send a cancellation request to info@resetbars.com. Please note that email requests may take up to 2 business days to process, so you must send your email well in advance of your 48-hour billing cutoff.
5. Failed Payments
If your payment method on file fails or is declined for a recurring purchase option, we will attempt to process the payment again over the following days. If the payment continues to fail, your subscription will be automatically paused or canceled, and your order will not be shipped until the billing issue is resolved.
6. Our Right to Cancel
Raw Reset Bars reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order or subscription at our sole discretion. We may exercise this right for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
- Incorrect pricing or typographical errors on our Site.
- Inventory shortages or discontinued items.
- A violation of our Terms of Service or Return Policy.
If we cancel your order, we will notify you via the email address provided at checkout and issue a full refund for any unfulfilled portion of the order.
