Return and Refund Policy

Raw Reset Bars (by Raw Maraby - Mira Herbals Hair & Skin Inc.) is committed to providing high-quality products. Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Strict Condition Policy: Please note that regardless of whether your return is initiated within the 30-day window, if the item is returned to us used, damaged, or not in its original and pristine condition, we will not issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of items are exempt from being returned:

  • Soap/Active Bar of the Month: Because it is an exclusive, limited-edition item crafted specifically for that month, all sales for this product are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for these exclusive items.

  • Sale or discounted items (only regular-priced items may be refunded).

  • Gift cards.

  • Certain health and personal care items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the exact same product, please send us an email at info@resetbars.com and mail your item to the address listed in the Shipping section below.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
