Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Raw Reset Bars (by Raw Maraby). Please review our shipping policies and procedures below.
Order Processing Time
All orders require a minimum processing time of 3 business days before they are shipped.

High Volume Periods: Please note that processing times may take longer than usual during holidays, peak seasons, or major promotional sales due to high order volume. We appreciate your patience during these times as we work carefully to prepare your items.

Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. The shipping speed you select at checkout begins after the 3-day processing window.
Shipping Carriers
Our default and standard shipping carrier is Canada Post.
Alternative Couriers (Available Upon Request): Third-party courier services such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS are available only upon request. If you require one of these specific carriers, please contact us at info@resetbars.com prior to placing your order, or immediately after your purchase, to make arrangements. Please be aware that requesting a third-party courier may result in additional shipping fees.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery location. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially with standard postal services, which are outside of our control once the package is handed over to the carrier.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 to 48 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
Raw Reset Bars is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs, taxes, and duties) are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package. We cannot issue refunds for packages delivered to the wrong address if the incorrect address was provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging our products so they arrive safely. However, Raw Reset Bars is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as the carrier will need them to process your claim.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to investigate.
